Services
Alto Systems provides AI-powered lead automation services for real estate professionals, including automated lead follow-up, CRM integration, appointment scheduling, and related workflow automation tools.
Payment
All services require:
- A one-time setup fee, due in full before work begins
- A monthly retainer billed on the same date each month, beginning upon system go-live
Setup fees are non-refundable. Monthly retainers are prorated in the event of mid-cycle cancellation where applicable.
Cancellation
You may cancel your monthly retainer at any time with 7 days written notice sent to diego@valdessystems.com. Upon cancellation:
- Your automation system will be wound down cleanly within 7 days
- You retain access to your CRM data and any message sequences you wish to keep
- Setup fees are not refunded
- Monthly retainer charges already billed are not refunded
Client Responsibilities
To ensure your system works as intended, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your lead sources (Zillow, Facebook, website, etc.)
- Review and approve all message sequences before the system goes live
- Notify Alto Systems promptly of any changes to your lead sources or contact information
Limitation of Liability
Alto Systems is not responsible for leads lost, delayed, or misdirected due to third-party platform outages, API changes, or policy updates by platforms including but not limited to Zillow, Facebook, Realtor.com, or any CRM provider.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these services is limited to the fees paid in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
